When it comes to getting into shape, strength, cardio and resistance are key into any training. No matter what your goal is it’s safe to say that it’s best to do it with a helping hand.

Through the past ten years we’ve developed a methodology to ensure maximum results. – That’s why at No1Fitness we have specially designed 30 minute classes which combine everything from strength based training to athletic conditioning.

All sessions are achieved with aspects of athleticism focused on – mobility, strength and fat loss.

How many calories can you burn in 30 minutes?

Cardio and resistance training means you’re going to get one sweaty workout and may need a little extra motivation to get you through our Burn 30 class. Burn over 400 calories and win a free smoothie on us! This class incorporates a mix of work on cardio machines (bike, ski erg, rower) and strength training with big movements on the floor (think lunges, squats, and full-body movements). This is a high-intensity class, so be prepared to work hard, and have FUN doing it!

Leg work? More like full body work!

Our Full body conditioning workout uses a certain torture device known as the TRX! Throughout the 30 minutes, you will be taken through a FULL range of exercises, working through strength movements and a cardio blast, all whilst using the TRX cables focusing on both upper and lower body exercises.

You will sweat and get a cardio burn throughout the 30 minutes so get ready!

Have you ever tried suspension training? Our TRX Vibe using Power Plate Vibration Training and TRX bands is one of our foundational classes where our No1 coaches will put you through a tough 30 minutes. This high speed workout uses multi-directional vibrations to contract and relax your muscles and in combination with the TRX band, this is one of the MOST effective workouts we have to offer! Expect strength movements and bring a strong core – you’ll need it for balance on the power plate!

It seems unfair that pain is the reward for putting ourselves through a strong workout.

 

But in fact, DOMS can be a sign that you did something right during yesterday’s session. DOMS stands for delayed onset muscle soreness, and trust us, you’ll FEEL the hard work days after the session!

 

This strength training class will focus on high reps through giant supersets and trisects of activities. You should expect both upper and lower body work; strength training work for majority of the class and a small cardio burst in between sets so prepare yourself for a low impact class, with muscle fatigue instead of cardiovascular fatigue!

Are you ready for a full hour? Our exclusive Saturday Sweat Session – Spectrum is a 50-minute class that will make you feel the BURN! Incorporating the No1 Fitness ethos – well rounded health through a variety of styles of fitness- you will go through a full spectrum of training styles from strength and conditioning to; kettlebells, loaded movement, power, bodyweight, cardio blasts and suspension – all whilst your heart rate is monitored! Be prepared for a sweaty session and a high heart rate! And if you burn over 500 calories- WIN a free smoothie!
