Physique Specific Training

If you are training for a competition or need to work on a certain area of your body then physique training will be the training for you. We are very lucky to have some trainers that specialise in this physique training.

Losing body fat is pretty simple but trying to get down to a certain percentage in a given time frame is not an easy task. This type of training requires attention to detail, lots of hard work and discipline. It is not for the feint hearted as you are pushed right out of your comfort zones, emotionally mentally and physically.

This is where we come in.

Training this way is never easy and only a small amount of people succeed. We are so confident that if you stick with us throughout your program together we will take you to where you need to be.

This style of training looks at everything to the finest detail and involves lots of homework from yourself. Although it may seem extreme, you will be expected to do a lot more than train and eat healthily. Our specialist trainers and nutritionists will work with you and devise a program that will require you to record everything - this is the key.

Preparing food every evening, recording all food consumed, monitoring body fat % weekly and monitoring sleep is just a few things that would be required.
