Committing to 3 months training with No1 Fitness is for people who are truly serious about reaching their goals. If you take a look at our results page, we show that time after time we get great transformations.

Our proven system works very well, however we do need the commitment and discipline from you to make it successful.

Firstly you are booked in for a chemistry meeting with one of our trainers. This meeting is for us to find out what exactly you are looking to achieve. The chemistry meeting also allows us to get to know you a little better and for you to make sure that you are happy about moving forward with us on your body transformation.

What happens once you've committed?

After the chemistry meeting, we will book you in for an initial consultation with one of our nutritionists. This part of your transformation is one of the most important aspects. Eating the right food and cutting out the wrong food will play a HUGE part in getting maximum results. This is something we can not stress highly enough.

Our nutritionists will find out more about your current nutrition choice, lifestyle and other key important points, which will play a key role in your success. From here they will work with you and set you nutrition goals and educate you on what needs to be done during your time period and journey working with us.

The nutritionist will then work with your assigned trainer to make sure they are aware of certain topics discussed and then they will be constantly making sure that you are sticking to this through out the whole 3 months.

Initial Session with your trainer

The first session with your trainer for us is the most important. This is where we get all your stats and use this data throughout. On this first session we will take body-fat measurements, weight and photos.

Photos are a must! We can't explain how important taking photos are. Clients are sometimes against taking photos initially, but ALWAYS thank us later for talking them into it, as they never would have realised how much change they made without them.

If you stick to what we say, you will notice changes right away. First of all you will see how quickly your body starts to recover; those aches and pains from the first few sessions will soon start to disappear. You will then notice that your fitness levels and strength will start to improve as well as sleep and energy levels outside of training. Soon you will start noticing your body changing shape. As the weeks go on you will notice that results start to appear more obvious.

12 Weeks on track is going to be a huge achievement in itself and by the end of the 3 months you will see not only great physical changes but also mental changes. Energy levels will improve, awareness and productivity will also have a huge improvement if you stay on top of your nutrition and are constantly giving a 100% in your training sessions. We feel that this is only the starting point and hopefully this routine will now become a normal thing within your lifestyle.
