Jessica Scott, our Head of Nutrition, studied for three years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), which is the regulatory body for Nutritional Therapists and is also on the register of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) - the hallmark of quality in the nutritional therapy sector. Jessica works alongside Tedora Skylane and Mark Hallam - both No1 Fitness Nutrion Experts, who have worked with a whole host of clients to drive fantastic results.
